Nairobi, (HCTV) – Former Somali president Ali Mahdi Mohammed has dies in Nairobi for covid19, as relative sources confirms local media.

Ali Mahdi was hospitalized in Nairobi for recent couple of days, after he arrived for healthy issues.

Ali Mahdi took the office of the president of Somalia in 1991 after the central government of Siyad Barre collapsed in 1991.

Ali Mahdi was the president of Somalia Since 2000 he has transferred the power to the president Abdiqasin Salad Hassan elected as president in Arta, Djibouti conference.
